Food Safety Awarness Programme

18.12.24, SRI(SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INITIATIVE CELL) Organised  FOOD SAFETY AWARENESS PROGRAMME, In our college Auditorium. From PALAYAMKOTTAI FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT Mr. GANESH RAM Visited along with MOBILE FOOD SAFETY LAB VEHICLE and gave live demonstration as well as  seminar on food safety  in day today life at home , hotel, Restaurants etc.  The programme was interactive, with participants encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences with food safety. Discussions included common mistakes people make in handling food and how to avoid them.The programme featured expert speakers, interactive sessions, and practical demonstrations on essential food safety practices. Mr. GANESH RAM  a renowned food safety expert, kicked off the event by discussing the various foodborne diseases caused by harmful bacteria like Salmonella and E. coli, and how these can be avoided through simple hygiene practices.
